I'm passionate about solving problems and helping people, and my insatiable curiosity and love of learning mean I'm constantly finding new and exciting ways to accomplish both. I have experience working in product management, digital asset management (DAM) librarianship, instructional design and course development, graphic and web design, writing/editing, and making the perfect cup of coffee.
I graduated from the School of Information at the University of Texas at Austin in 2018 with my MSIS (Master of Science in Information Studies). During my time there, I was employed as a Teaching Assistant (TA) and IT Lab staff member, creating instructional technology content and project managing for our team of twelve other TAs. I currently work as a digital marketing product manager for Dell, serving as a liason between business and IT teams to enable development of new features, training, and feedback cycles.
My B.A. in English with minors in Business Administration and Communication from Texas A&M University in my hometown of College Station, Texas developed my skills at writing and communicating.
In my spare time, I enjoy writing historical fiction, researching family genealogy, and learning new tools and techniques.
